TYRION PAPERS · PURCHASE & DOWNLOAD SUPPORT
Effective date: 27 October 2026
We want you to receive the digital resources described in your order and be able to use them. This policy explains how to report purchase problems and how we assess remedies.
Digital purchases and cancellation
Digital files cannot be returned like physical goods. Where applicable law provides a cooling-off period, early digital supply ends that cancellation right only when the required express consent, acknowledgement of loss of that right and contract confirmation have been obtained. Access being supplied does not by itself remove your legal rights. This policy does not impose a blanket no-refunds rule.
When to contact us
Let us know about duplicate charges, the wrong files being delivered, missing advertised content, corrupt downloads or persistent access failures. We will investigate and provide the remedy appropriate to the issue and applicable law, which may include working access, corrected files, a price reduction or a refund. Any repair or replacement must respect your statutory rights.
Changed plans and incorrect selections
After any cancellation right has lawfully ended, we do not normally offer change-of-mind refunds for correctly described, working resources. Check the exam board, qualification, subject, tier, paper and series before purchase. If you selected the wrong option, contact us promptly; an exchange may be possible, depending on access and the circumstances. This discretion does not replace statutory remedies.
Predictions and examination outcomes
Predicted papers provide revision practice. They cannot guarantee future questions, school mock content or a grade. A mismatch with an actual examination is not, by itself, a reason for a refund where the product was accurately described. This does not affect claims concerning faulty or misleadingly described resources.
How to request help
Use the website contact facility and include your checkout email, order reference, product name and a clear description of the problem. Screenshots of an error may help; remove unrelated personal information. Never send passwords or full payment-card details. Email [email protected].
Refund processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed and lawful. We will explain the outcome and applicable processing time. Bank or payment-provider posting times may vary. Statutory refund deadlines apply where relevant; store credit is not a compulsory substitute for a refund you are legally entitled to receive.
Payment disputes and your rights
Please give us an opportunity to resolve an issue. You retain any applicable rights to contact your payment provider or seek other remedies. We may supply relevant transaction and delivery evidence when responding to a dispute. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer protections.
