2. Our educational resources
We provide digital revision resources such as practice papers, predicted papers and solutions. The product listing defines what is included. Check the exam board, qualification, specification, subject, series, tier and paper option carefully. Unless expressly stated, no printed item is supplied.
Predicted papers are independent revision materials, not a promise of future exam questions. We do not guarantee topics, marks, grades or the content of school mocks. Exam-board names identify the qualification; they do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
3. Orders, price and delivery
The price, currency, applicable charges and delivery arrangements are shown before checkout. Provide an accurate email address and retain your order confirmation. Digital access is delivered according to the product listing and confirmation. For a missing email or inaccessible file, check spam folders and contact support with your order reference. Pre-order timing must be stated in the listing.
4. Personal study licence
Unless a separate licence is stated, your purchase permits personal study and printing for your own use. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly upload or share paid download links. Schools, tutors and groups should obtain appropriate permission before distributing resources. Rights in third-party material remain with their respective owners.
5. Responsible use
Use resources for legitimate learning and revision. Do not use the site to compromise security, impersonate others, commit payment fraud or infringe intellectual property. Keep account credentials and private download links secure. Where required, younger purchasers should obtain parent or guardian involvement.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Our Refund Policy explains support and remedies for purchase problems. Where a statutory cancellation right applies to digital content, it is lost on early supply only if the legally required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation have been obtained. Merely displaying these terms does not replace those steps. Faulty or misdescribed content remains subject to applicable consumer remedies.
7. Errors and availability
Please report errors in resources so we can investigate and provide an appropriate correction. We may maintain or update the website. Nothing here removes our obligation to provide the resources purchased or remedies available under applicable law.
8. Liability and consumer rights
Resources support revision and should be used alongside the specification and other learning materials. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, or limits mandatory consumer rights. We do not promise a particular examination outcome.
