Find Edexcel GCSE Science 2026 Biology, Chemistry and Physics papers and mark schemes, with course checks and practical revision advice.

Looking for Edexcel GCSE Science 2026 papers and matching answers? Tyrion Papers lists Biology, Chemistry and Physics resources for revision and answer checking. Use the subject links below to inspect the available Summer 2026 paper and mark-scheme options, then choose files that match your course and component.

Quick answer: Check whether you take separate Biology, Chemistry and Physics or Combined Science, and whether you need Foundation or Higher. This article’s subject links are for separate science; Combined Science students should use the matching Combined Science listings in the resource finder. Check each product’s contents for mark schemes, worked solutions and the exact files included.

Choose the right Edexcel GCSE science course

Course / paperWhat to check
BiologySeparate Biology: 1BI0. Select Foundation or Higher and the matching paper.
ChemistrySeparate Chemistry: 1CH0. Match tier, series and paper number.
PhysicsSeparate Physics: 1PH0. Match tier and check permitted formula materials.

Separate science and Combined Science: choose the correct files

The same subject name can appear in different GCSE qualifications. A separate-science paper is not an exact substitute for a Combined Science paper. Check the course title and tier with your teacher before choosing. Foundation and Higher answer documents must also match the tier attempted.

Why use recent science papers in your revision?

A paper attempt shows how well you apply knowledge when the context changes. You may know a definition but struggle to explain an unfamiliar investigation, interpret a graph or combine a calculation with written reasoning. Recent papers provide another way to test those skills alongside your textbook, class materials and suitable older papers.

Keep answers closed during the attempt. Afterwards, compare the scientific points and calculation steps, rather than awarding marks because your answer sounds similar. An official mark scheme and an independent worked explanation are different documents; use the product description to establish what is supplied.

Biology: turn knowledge into a precise explanation

Link a biological structure to its function and use precise terms when explaining a process. Practise reading experimental results, rather than answering only from remembered definitions.

Underline the command word and decide whether the question asks for a description, an explanation, a comparison or an evaluation. If it asks for evidence, include relevant values and units. A long paragraph is less useful than a short answer with the required scientific links.

Chemistry: keep the reasoning visible

Write balanced equations and track units in mass or concentration questions. For explanations about reactions, connect your answer to particles and the evidence provided.

When you review a wrong answer, find the first mistaken assumption or calculation. Repeating the final numerical answer does not repair an incorrect mole ratio or a misunderstanding of the reaction. Write a short correction explaining why the original step failed.

Physics: check equations, units and interpretation

Write the relevant relationship, substitute with consistent units and check the size of the answer. Practise graph interpretation as well as calculations.

Estimate whether a result is plausible and make sure you answer the quantity requested. In a written explanation, connect the change in one variable with its consequence. Practise interpreting the same relationship from an equation, a graph and a description.

Edexcel GCSE revision routine: attempt, review, repair and retest
A four-step routine for turning a paper attempt into useful revision.

A revision routine for all three sciences

  1. Attempt a suitable paper under its time and equipment instructions.
  2. Review missed scientific points, calculations and data interpretations separately.
  3. Choose a small set of weaknesses and revisit the relevant class material.
  4. Retry without answers and use a different question to check transfer.

For practical questions, be specific about variables, measurements, controls and the evidence needed for a conclusion. Distinguish accuracy, precision and reliability when the question calls for them. Use your full specification to plan coverage rather than revising only topics that appeared in one paper.

Frequently asked questions

Where can I get Edexcel GCSE Science 2026 papers?

Use the Biology, Chemistry and Physics product links above or browse the Edexcel section at Tyrion Papers. Check availability and the listed components before choosing.

Do the products include worked solutions?

The linked listings advertise papers and mark schemes. Check the selected option for any additional worked solutions; do not assume every answer file is a step-by-step explanation.

Can these papers help with school mocks?

They can support timed revision and help you find weaknesses. They do not tell you which paper or questions your school will use.

Are these predicted papers?

This guide links to resources listed for Summer 2026 papers and mark schemes. Predicted practice papers are a separate resource type; check the description so you choose what you intended.
